Annie Abanilla
Interior Designer
and Business Owner

Annie Abanilla is the principal designer and owner of Pressley Design and Co., where she brings a fresh, passionate approach to creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring. Known for her energy, creativity, and deep care for her clients, Annie is committed to designing interiors that reflect each individual’s lifestyle while elevating their everyday experience.

With a professional background in marketing and customer service, Annie blends business insight with a natural gift for design. She is currently pursuing her CID (Certified Interior Decorator) certification, a reflection of her dedication to growth and excellence in a constantly evolving field. Her work has already earned recognition, including a coveted Dream Room award in the Bedroom category for her modern design.

Originally from Northern California, Annie has called the Dallas–Fort Worth area home since 2005 and now proudly considers herself a Texan. She leads Pressley Design and Co. with the perfect balance of innovation and respect for legacy, honoring the foundational work of longtime owner Bonnie Pressley while guiding the firm into an exciting new chapter.

Outside of design, Annie finds joy in spending time with her husband Gally, their daughters Gigi and Jade, and their beloved dog Maggie. She’s happiest outdoors—on a family bike ride, relaxing by the water, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature.

Bonnie Pressley
Founder

Bonnie founded the design firm in 1988, enjoying wonderful design projects and great clients for over 35 years. The projects at Pressley Design & Co. are many and varied. Read reviews that tell you what our clients think.

Bonnie has won 30 awards, been published in numerous national magazines and 5 hardcover books. Bonnie has also been honored twice as  Decorator of the Year and Franchise Owner of the Year, the highest honors given to franchise owners.

Paula Wolfe, DDCD, CID
Interior Designer

Paula joined Pressley Design & Co in 2011. She has a passion for design and prides herself on working creatively within each client’s budget and lifestyle.

Her certifications include Decorating Den Certified Designer, DDCD, and CID, a professional association exclusively for Interior Decorators. She is also a proud member of DDI’s prestigious Century Society and President’s Club. In 2022, Paula was ranked as #1 in Designer Sales in all of Decorating Den Interiors’ franchises.

In 2016, Paula received her first design award in the International Dream Room Competition for a fabulous master bedroom makeover. In 2017, her winning design was featured in Carol Donayre Bugg’s hardcover design book, Love Your Home. In April of 2020, one of Paula’s great room makeovers was used in a premier publication of Arabella Art, Architecture & Design magazine.

Paula is a proud native Texan. Growing up in Granbury, Texas and calling the Fort Worth area home for more than 30 years, this is truly her “home”. Her oldest son and daughter-in-law love life in California and her youngest son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren live in Azle.

Kristin Williams DDCD
Interior Designer

Kristin grew up in the Pacific Northwest and attended the Art Institute of Seattle for graphic design. From a young age she’s been passionate about art and has a love for making environments beautiful!

Her design philosophy brings together her artistic talents and intuitive design to give you a delightful space to enjoy. She will listen to your needs and desires and will bring your dream space to fruition.

Kristin loves being a part of the Pressley Design team of creative designers utilizing our vast design studio with the latest fabrics, décor and home furnishings.

Carla Davis
Design Assistant

Carla adds a fresh happy face everyday while handling a multitude of tasks. She  maintains and updates our Design Center, with its thousands of samples. Carla also assists our interior designers with installations and deliveries.  She has contributed wonderful organizational skills to keep us all “designing!”

Alisa Sinquefield
Design Assistant

Alisa was born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina. She and her husband, Mike, have called Texas home since 1996 where they enjoy life with their three children. With a business degree and a masters in Elementary Education, Alisa spent over 15 years teaching.

She joined our team in September of 2022 as Paula’s Design Assistant. She has a love for decorating and wants to expand her knowledge of interior design. Alisa is delighted to be part of the Pressley Design & Co team and enjoys helping bring beautiful designs to life.

Cindy May
Office Manager

Cindy was born and raised in Benbrook, Texas.  She has been married to her husband since 1991 and they have 2 daughters.  Cindy graduated from University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in human resources.

After spending many years working from home to be with her children, she joined the Pressley Design & Co family in 2013.  Cindy manages the day to day workings of the office, including all aspects of the ordering process, accounting and all general duties associated with managing an office.

Cindy was recently honored to receive The Positive Thinkers Award at the Decorating Den Interiors franchise conference.

Kari Lambert
Social Media

Kari is our resident expert in all things social media. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, she has a knack for staying ahead of trends and leveraging the latest technologies to share our stories with creativity and flair. Her passion for crafting engaging content ensures our work always shines online.

When she’s not “researching” (also known as doom scrolling) on Instagram, Kari loves spending time with her husband and two kids. Whether she’s exploring new places, indulging in donuts, or planning a Disney adventure, Kari brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life that she brings to our team.
